    Geochelone pardalis pardalis are the larger species, And the breeder got ahold of me today. I guess he was in texas on a trip..no big deal. So Im going to get another one from him here in a few days...Ill post some pics of the newer one when he/she arrives. ~Aaron

    I dont know, I had never heard of this happening untill I found this little guy. I do know that if its the same Genus but a different species it can creat a subspecies, at least this holds true with Tarantulas...then it has to do with the willingness of the two animals involved.

    nope, I guess I should have....but its hard to look up. not everyone spells it the same and there is soo little info on the subject...I think its because people JUST DONT TRY TO BREED these. On top of the fact that the father was an IVORY sulcata....so its even stranger.
