I have the Arcadia lamp and d3 basking lamp and twice now the bulb has blown ?
I literally set it up 4 hours ago ?♀️
it’s the right bulb for the lamp as recommended by the company?
help am I doing something wrong?
Has anyone else had this?

I have taken on two tortoise, please can you confirm if they are girls or boys and also what species they are?
I was told Russian but I’m not so sure.
