He started doing it today out of no where. He is in his enclosure just squeaking away. There are no bubbles coming out of his nose so I don’t think it’s an respiratory infection. He’s doing it A LOT. Like every other minute.

I’ve been posting a lot of questions on here recently but I’ve noticed that my baby sulcata it squeaking/ chirping. Is that normal?

Also if the hide I have doesn’t work what do you recommend? I’ve seen other people use a dark plastic bowl and cut a hole in it. I’m a new tortoise owner and I have a lot to learn. I’ve also read the care sheet 5-6 times I will read over the lighting portion again.
