I believe the higher temp should be good. They cant regulate their own heat, so it is very different from us. Also, covering the enclosure should be a priority. They really need that humidity. It will also save on heat costs.

I would stay away from sulfates that far north. A third of the year you will have to provide a massive enclosure for him. And you need a big yard...
