So my tortoise got a chunk of coconut bark stuck up in his shell. It's wedged up in his back leg. I can not get it out. I've tried tweezers, soaking it ect. Any suggestions?!

You could try irrigation, shoot some water into the area and flush it out.

The only thing I could tell you after everything you have already tried, would be to make a trip to the vets.

Can you get ahold of it with a pair of needle nose pliers?

Needlenosed pliers and a bit of elbow grease. Soaking it will just make the wood swell. If you need to lube it up, use any food or body oils.
