Russian tortoise puking

So I just went outside to check on my tortoises and I seen that one of my females was puking. She was puking up a water type substance and it was coming out of her mouth and nose. Her eyes were kind of sunk into her head and she wasn't very lethargic. Would you happen to have any idea what may be going on. The other three females and two males act just fine.

Where are you located? My only guess is that it could be overheating. I would get it into the shade and see if that helps. Hopefully someone else will respond that might know better.

Possibly overheated, ate something poisonous or possibly a bad tasting bug? Give her a slightly warm soak for about 20-30 minutes, not too warm, incase she over heated and then keep a close eye on her.

Too late. Very sad day, she passed about an hour ago.
