Good setup for Russian tort?

Other than the fact that the enclosure is a little to small for him at the moment, is this a good tank setup? He has his rocks, food bowl, two hides in the warm and cool side. He has proper lighting too. Is there anything I can move or take out or put in? Thanks. I lie hearing your ideas.
