I have not been around for a while to talk Russians (they are still breeding and hatching all the time!) because I've been busy with work related stuff and my music stuff. I should have some stress relief mid way through May though, as it is looking as though we will close on our house at that time! For those of you that don't remember, my wife and I moved into this house a little over a year ago (actually, we were just engaged at the time), but we had a rent-to-own agreement. Now that we're just over a year into it and interest rates are real low, we want to get started into a 30 year mortgage. Fortunately, we've knocked $12,000 off of the initial purchase price in payments in that amount of time, so our mortgage is going to be less than $100,000.
