Another long shot: Anyone in the Northwest that can take a Painted?

Me in the Northwest again. This time its a 12 year old male Painted turtle. Tank comes with him but the owner wants a pond for permeant placement. I know what a long-shot this is! If anyone can help me out that would be great!
