This is my adorable new Russian hatchling; almost 2 1/2 months that I recently bought from fellow forum member Carol S ( http://www.tortoiseforum.org/members/carol-s.2253/ ); she was very helpful and nice both before and after the sale; we even talked for a while after the baby was delivered and answered any questions I had. If anyone else is interested in getting a Russian like mine I would highly recommend speaking with Carol about purchasing one, mine (as well as the others she has) is very friendly and almost unafraid the minuet she started settling into her new enclosure...and found the mountain of welcome food I left. lol
I wasn't sure what to call 'her' at first but I have chosen 'Ame' (pronounced 'Ah-May') > http://www.romajidesu.com/dictionary/meaning-of-Ame.html ; I have seen it used as both a male & female name so no matter what gender she turns out to be in a few years I can keep the name.
I've noticed she/he LOVES Radicchio and some un-Prickly pear cactus the best (so far), but she is the CUTEST little thing and I love the shell out of her!! >//<
After bath time, Radicchio is the best!, Cute sleepy face, & Stomping with Dino
