The bad happened! I know you were right people but I'm trying to help her! Everyday I watch my Wilma in nature just to move a little bit and poop and pee! I was going to put her inside in her enclosure and a sharp piece of small bone or rock was stuck inside her mouth! I saw a little bit blood from her nose and mouth! I was trying to put it out but I pressed here more but I finally took it out! I don't know if there was more and ate it! She has a wound on her neck and its a little bit swollen and red! She had foam also on her mouth! I soaked her and I.put antibiotic cream on her neck but obviously she has wound inside her mouth! My mistake was that i gave pressure on her neck and mouth! I contacted with my vet and she told me to go there but I live 7 hours away! Should I tell her to give me antibiotic injection? Please help!

It doesn't look that serious. Is the tortoise acting all right and eating?

It was the time to put her inside! She had already eaten! I soaked her and I phte her to sleep in a towel not to come in contact with coco coir! I have put antibiotic ointment on her wound on her neck because she had blood! I have to see tomorrow if she will eat!

Mouth wounds heal quite quickly. I would put some sort of first aid cream on the neck and don't worry about the mouth. Soak her daily for a half hour or so.

I have ointment and silver sulfadiazine! Which one is better?

You are not going to believe this but common things are also useful. Cilantro juice is supposed to be as bactericidal as most household cleaners! Also you could use Listerine on a cotton swab...bleh! For inside the mouth. Listerine is primarily Eucalyptus, Clove and Menthol. For viral use Minor amount of Elderberry Syrup like a drop in water...swab in or on tongue.
