That could be shellrot! I'm not super familiar with red/yellow foots but it looks like it.

nothing to worry about the wrinkles in your tortoises shell is just from where the yolk sac use to be.

Looks fine to me, if I'm wrong someone else is sure to chime in. How old and what have you been feeding him? I've never heard of "ridges" being signs of malnutrition

Look like just bumps from being in the egg? My Tort has some indents on his plastron. He's perfectly healthy.
