Worms by/from my tortoises poop??

I had to leave my tortoise with my parents for a few days and they didn't soak her, so she pooped in her cage. When I took the poop out to flush it down the toilet (it stinks up the entire cage) I noticed there were all these tiny white worms underneath it. I'm hoping/wondering that they're not from her poop? I'm thinking they came after she did her business. I'm attaching a picture, it's kinda blurry tho. Hoping you guys can tell me if there from her and if I should try and remove them from the cage or not. Thanks!!!

I think those are probably maggots from flies or gnats in the environment, and not parasites that came out of the tortoise.
