Woke from hibernation

My Herman’s 40 ish year old woke from hibernation today and I’m after advice please. I have her in my dinning room and she’s wandering about . I’ve given her water but not interested at the moment.
1. As it’s cold I will keep her indoors until warmer weather, is that the right thing to do?
2. When should I bath her which will possibly persuade her to drink ?
3. How soon should she be offered food?

Advice would be very much appreciated, Thank you in advance .
