Wild Grazia and Mizuna

I feed a mix of spring mix with some other fresh leafy picks from the grocery store.
I recently got a different brand of Spring Mix, and it has 2 ingredients I have not seen before.
Mizuna and Wild Grazia.
Are these greens ok?
