White specks on turtle?!

I noticed these white specks in my turtle. What's happening?! Please help!

I really can't tell what you're looking at. Sometimes its helpful to not only get a clearer picture, but take put it in some editing software (even if its only MS paint) and circle the area(s) you're concerned about.
