White patch on nose

My baby Russian tortoise is about 4 or 5 months old. Not sure if it is normal but he has white stuff on top of his nose. I thought it was calcium powder so I tried to wipe it off after I gave him a soak but while he was drying the white spot appeared again.

It just might be flaky skin or hard water marks. You can rub in a little dab of coconut oil and it will disappear.
