White (around) eyes

Is this normal? She is about 5yo. I switched from the swirl uvb bulb to a flat one. Her lids are a whitefish also. It is more white in real life. The last picture is pretty close to real life.

she might be dehydrated. I’d soak her for about 25 minutes every other day!
