where would be the appropriate place to ask questions about a vender?

The Vendor Review section is only for folks who have had experience buying or selling with a particular vendor, and no other comments are allowed on the thread. But you can always look through there or put your vendor's name in the search box. I think it would be ok to ask about a certain vendor in the General Tortoise Discussion section. Also, you can go to Fauna Classified and look through their Board of Inquiry (BOI) section and see if your vendor is listed there.
