What type of heat light and uvlight does a Russian tortoise need?

A full mercury bulb does both, if additional heating is required then I use a ceramic heater as this does not emit light so it can be used 24/7. Where as the mercury bulb gives of light, hence UVA/B.

I use both, the light during the day and the ceramic for night times.
