We might have a foot of snow in Philly , but Sonny's still nice n toasty =)

Thank you ! I think I've read it if it's what I'm thinking of . So far I've been lucky he seems to be nice and smooth ! Thinking about a new bedding tho

Yes he is =) this was during the snow storm we got over a foot of snow

I'm on nj shore 16 inches snow here. sullys are in heated shed with semi heated greenhouse. been out every day. 2 out this am 78 to 92 in shed.

Can you send pictures of your outdoor setup. I live in NJ and want to keep mine outdoors next winter.

ok shed is 5 ft x 6ft greenhouse is 12x8. can easily expand greenhouse as torts grow. pen is 40 ft x 14 ft for summertime.

Fantastic shed! I'd be out there! We're in Metro-Detroit suburbs & freezing here; our neighbors have chickens & went all out on their coop. I'll be asking them this spring how their girls fared & copy their plans. I think they even installed heated floors.
Props to you for so awesomely caring for your torts! It still irks me that I didn't know what keeping a Sulcata entailed when we bought Sig; Husband did...but not me & I wouldn't have.

i built the greenhouse for less then $150 and after having it i can't imagine keeping the sullys without it! 20 degree days and its 60 in there if sun is out.this summer I'm making new shed may try to do heated floor… well see the oil filled heater does work great.
