They're Russian tortoises (a.k.a. Horsfield's tortoise, a.k.a. Central Asian tortoise, a.k.a.Steppe Tortoise, a.k.a The most awesome tort species in existence).

Haha!! - either that or some ancient Russian-Tyrannosaurus hybrids.

LOL ... I'm normally not a fan of dressing up animals, but even I have to admit that Russian tortoises wearing sweaters that make them look like Stegosaurus are really cute! :)
