What kind is this?

The carapace pattern doesn't really look like any that I recognise. The Yucatan sort of looks like that, but not really. I doubt it's an eastern or "easter" like the ad says. It looks like three toes on the back foot. At any rate, $100 is way too much money for it.
I cannot see the back feet myself, but it looks to me like it could be an eastern. Count the toes on the back feet. I do not think $100 is unheard of to ask for a pet and his home and all his belongings. However, if it were me I would not want that particular home for him and therefore would ask how much of an adoption fee they would want for just the turtle. He does look to have some shell deformities also.
