Hi I'm new to the forum and my sulcata has done something strange and I thought that I might as well ask if anyone has ever seen this and knows what is happening. He/she has pooped up this pinkish chalky powder, the picture isn't the best but hopefully y'all can see it.ImageUploadedByTortoise Forum1496109966.252313.jpg

It is called urates and is normal. If it is powdery and chalky, that indicates that your tort isn't get enough moisture. You should be giving him regular soaks in warm water. Urates should look creamy.

Urates are actually white, but some foods they eat can make it look pink. It should be the texture of tooth paste, not dry and/or gritty.
How old is he and are you soaking him every day, have water available 24/7 and does he have a high humidity enclosure or hide? Please read the sulcata care sheet under the sulcata section and make adjustments accordingly
