I am in the process of making a outdoor pen. I live in Pittsburgh PA. I would prefer the EST to be an adult male. I am willing to pay anything $50 or under.

I am not 100% but eastern box turtle may be illegal to possess in PA.

That's an outadeted info. As of 2008 it is as stated below.

However there may be additional regulations that allow for possession. As an example, In NJ a hobby permit, registration of the animal and a proof that the animal was obtained legally from out of state, but in a state where it is legal to purchase the animal, or proof of a rescue.
