I was woundering if u can over load the torts on vitamins i know they get it from the food and out side. Amd o give them powder ans the uv light is this all ok for them the pyramiding haa stoped and shellos smoothing out

Yes, you can offer too many supplements...if you are working a diet well then you should be fine....
