My guess is you found a scammer there using the same pictures. I hope nobody falls into the trap of sending him money before getting the tort. These people ruin the trust we have for others.
My guess is that he just bought it for a super price and quadrupled it immediately. I wonder what he is saying about it's background, that he just bought it from craigslist? Maybe he doesn't even have it yet.

I just got a reply from the craigslist seller. He has had them for 18 years, and evidently still does.
