UVB. But do not use those CFL type bulb. Some of those bulb will produce harmful light that hurt Torts's eyes.

Thank you I was just wondering because I bought alight that said it had UVA which plants need to grow don't worry though I still had the proper uvb setup I just thought the new bulb would be nice so I can grow some weeds in my enclosure

Just to clarify, UVA is not heat. UVA is a longer wavelength UV than is UVB. IR (infrared) is the region of the EMF spectrum sensed as heat.
