UV light

I'm getting ready for my torts to come out of hibernation. I've had a 2 floor tortoise table built for indoors, I'm in the UK, for them. I already have a MVB bulb that I'll put for the top floor but was thinking I would need a UV light for the bottom part to ensure they get all the UV they need. Any tips or suggestions to what is best? Its a 2ft by 4ft area, hence why I've gone up to make them more room.

You could wait and see where they spend most of their time. If they like the lower level better, you could move the one you have to that level. Otherwise if you want to add another, I would go with the tube fluorescent type.
