uv light more than one

i use a tortoise table with the heat lamp one end and the uv light the other, is it ok to put another uv light the other end. cus i feel that he is not getting anoth uv light cus hes always the other end

The only way to know for sure is to buy a UV meter and measure around the habitat. My personal opinion is that you don't need more than one, but let's wait and see if Madkins or one of those brainiacs can tell us.
