[URGENT] Newborn (week old) hermans tortoise not using rear legs

Recently (4 days ago) I found 4 baby hermans in my garden. They have all been eating, but one of them doesn't use his/her rear legs. The tortoise does react and move them when touched, but doesn't walk with them.

Please post pictures of tortoises and enclosure. Include all care info. Lighting, temps, substrate etc.

Will post pictures tommorrow (can't any sooner). Otherwise, don't have an enclosure (just a plastic box with leaves and paper) because we normally don't have any babies. But they are so young I kinda doubt any problems had time to develop - again I only have them for 4 days.

Do you own the parents or are these wild babies? First give them a long soak in shallow warm water. Pictures would be great.

Pictures are coming in a moment, but yeah I own the parents. They've been in my yard for like more than 10 years now and I feed em and give them water. That's why I don't have any equipment for the babies - all that stuff is hugely expensive here and there aren't many places to even buy it.

Heres the pictures. The one not using his rear legs (pretty sure it's a boy now I've taken a look) is circled. When picked up he does move them, and they return to their original position when touched, but he doesn't use them walk.
There's also 2 close up shots, just in case.
