Uploading a Pic

I know there's a thread but can't find...can I get help on uploading a pic?

On my laptop, next to the Post Reply there is Upload a File if you click on that, choose Pictures from the menu box. and then click on and open the pic you want to upload, it will appear below your reply and you can choose thumbnail or full size to add to you post.
Or you can just copy and paste the pic into your post.
Can't help if you are using another device though.
