Can all tortoise breeds use tortoise table app?
Or can you specify which breed on the app?

It's geared mainly towards the Testudo species, but it's ok to use for all species.

With tortoises, we talk about species and subspecies, not breeds. I think that the Tortoise table database is mostly targeted for herbivorous and non-fruit-eating species and specifically to the species often kept in the UK.
