I would mound some up around the hide . To make it more like a borrow . That way if he climbs up he can walk down .

Good point, Mike!
They also climb up and fall down, sometimes upside down. It happened to me.
Very cute picture!

Lol he's been trying for so long and finally made it. Just glad I was there just in case anything happened. I thought about making a little ramp but I don't want them to fall down and flip...that's my fear. Once I moved the coir lower around the hide he tried so hard to get back up there so at least I know he can't for now. But hey least I know he's a strong one :)

You can cut a piece of pvc pipe in half to make a hide . He/she will not be able to climb .

With our Sulcata Lily, we had trouble with her going in the corner of her enclosure and trying to walk up the corner and then tipping over onto her back ( I think it was because she wanted to see on the other side) So we decided to have her only sleep in there (it gets the warmest at nights with her heat lamp) In the daytime she is in her round pen. We use a plastic kiddie pool.

We used to have a water dish with a ramp and she would climb over the side and tip over onto her back. So now we use a plant dish. A few times it was a close call! My grandma would come home from work or town and find her on her back. She would have to give her a good soak to revive her :)
