For some reason the link just took me to SurveyMonkey's home page, not an actual survey.

Fixed, it should work now. There was a space between the url= part of the tag and the url itself.

The survey has questions that offer a other selection but gives an error if you do not select one of the non other selections.

I got the same problem. It won't allow me to choose the "other" option.

Hi thanks for trying, seem to be having problems with the "specify other" option. If you can complete the survey without this option it works otherwise. Thanks
