I was thinking greek because of the high dome, but you might be right.Hello!
Not 100% sure, but it can be Testudo Horsfieldii horsfieldii, native to Pakistan. They have only four toes on their four legs (most tortoises have five).
If you need some information on diet and care - just ask. Perhaps, proper hydration is one of the most important factors.
I see 4 toes in the front feet.We need to count front toes then)

It sounds like he has a respiratory infection. That mouth opening is a sign that they have a hard time breathing. You need to try to keep him warm, a temperature of 29C is ideal to fight respiratory infection. You can't let your tortoise brumate when it is having these symptoms. Start working on making him a space indoors if you don't have one yet.It is winter in Karachi, Pakistan temperature is around 13-25 degree centigrade, from the last 15 days it start stop eating but movement was fine but 2 days back i saw him once a bubble made from mouth and he was opening mouth as if he his trying to vomit but after that he did not did same again but movement is less.

Yes, for the first few days or so do it once a day for 15 to 30 minutes. It is possible the tortoise doesn't like this but it is for the best.do i have to keep it in lukewarm water as well for some time?
