My tortoise is about 1 years old now I’m just not sure if his skin is changing due to age or if he has an infection. He ate all his food today and is still very active in the cage his skin looks okay dry but when I wash him it turns a bit red and becomes bumpy like the photo is this just his skin in water or does he look sick to you?
