tortoise skin colour

hello guys, anxious tort mummy here. we have a few concerns about humphries skin colour, wondering if it maybe looked a bit yellow? my mum spotted it a few days ago and we’ve been researching a few possible reasons because of this and we are just making ourselves super worried. humphrey is still himself, active, eating well and drinking- he has been sleeping a little today though. we are in the UK and are going through another cold spell so we are wondering if the lathargicness is because of the weather. any comments will be super helpful thanks a lot.

It just looks like that’s his skin color? Was is significantly different before? Torts skin up around their shell will be a slight different shade the the feet/face in my experience.

we have been researching on forums and groups, and discovered that quite a few other torts look like humphrey, so maybe we are just overthinking this. humphrey neck/face is a totally different shade (as well as his feet). we definitely dont think humphrey was this colour before, we know torts skin change colour over time, but hes still quite little which is why we were quite confused.

I think he looks fine from the pictures. If the weather outside affects the temperatures in his enclosure, then that may be a problem.
