tortoise rescue question

I live in northern California. I was reading about the Castro valley tortoise rescue and i was wondering if they adopt pets out to people. if so is there any fee or how i can contact them. any information about it would be wonderful.

Ginger Wilfong, of the Castro Valley Rescue, is the contractor for the California Department of Fish and Wildlife who takes care of desert tortoise permits for Northern California. They are a reputable turtle/tortoise rescue, and they DO adopt out turtles and tortoises.
