Had to share something unique about my tortoise im not sure if yours do the same.
Recently one of my tortoise been avoiding his hide spot and sleeping in an open area (new spot), i thought of everything from temperature, if the hide is too big or too small literally everything
so today I decided to monitor him where will he sleep and again its the same new spot. I decided to move his old hide to his new “spot”. He walked around until the lights turned off and guess what, he went to the same spot plus where i put his hide so he is using it. So im guessing thats his way of saying okay i think i want this new spot as my hide
