Tortoise identification help

Im a new member, My kids recently acquired a tortoise that we are now taking care of. I just want to make sure I know exactly what kind it is. I think its a russian, but I'm no expert so any help would be great.

Another question. What's a safe daytime low and nighttime low temp to keep a tortoise outside ?
