Hello,
Can you give some more information for others to help you? How old is your tortoise? How are you keeping him, (temps., substrate, humidity, etc)? He or she seems to also have quite a bit of pyramiding, possible being kept too dry? Sorry, but he's not looking very good. Giving some more information will help to help you.

Ouch! That looks painful!
If you post a picture of his/her enclosure and lamps being used, members can see if there's anything that could be causing that. The more information you can provide the more chance we have helping.
