So I dont know what just happened, her "eye" just popped out and there is and empty space where the eye should be, the good thing (I think its good) the eye hole is closed and I cant see through the skull.

The baby looks really dry. Do you soak it, if so how often? Is it missing toes on the front foot too? Maybe attach pictures of the enclosure, bulbs, with temperature and humidity. I don't know about the eye. Soak him in shallow warm water for at least 30 minutes, make sure to change the water if it gets cold.

the pictures were 15 minutes after the bath, I bath them daily for 30 minutes, I put them outside and stay with them to check the water is still warm, I do not have the measurements of humidity nor temperature, but I have a lot of plants and I water them daily. I will upload some pictures in a moment. He is missing to front nails, but they grow back, I do not know exactly why he is missing them. The good thing is that after this incident she started to eat and move normally

I would separate him and wait for an expert to help. How many do you have together? @Tom @Yvonne G

If you search on tortoise forum, keeping pairs of tortoises together you will find one usually gets bullied. Even if you don't see it. He probably got injured by the bigger tortoise. I don't think his toes will grow back. Hopefully an expert will answer you soon. Separate them and search the forum about pairs.

she didn´t got injured because of the other tortoise, it was a birth deformation, I had another post where I explain it, I am aware they get bullied but I do not have another terrarium to keep them separated. The temporary terrarium I mentioned before would not be suitable for the long term since it is small.

I did read the prior post however I would keep them separated. Try to see if he will eat on his own.

They do eat on their own, I have catched them eating the leaves of the plants, but this tortoise struggles to eat so I help her out, I stay with her at least an hour to make sure she eats and gets her nutrients.

Take it to the vet. Tortoises graze and eat several times a day. I would keep them separated. Clearly something is not right with the tortoise and you need an expert. I don't know how to help you only suggest to keep them separated, wait for an expert, and take it to the vet.

Separate them.
The tortoise obviously has a “Defect” they shouldn’t be housed together. There’s more of a Reason now As well. Your tortoise is Missing a eye. We are trying to help. I don’t know the species of tortoise requirements but it’s common sense. Your tortoise has a Disability. It needs to be housed ALONE.

I know you are trying to help, Im sorry if it sound like Im in a defensive position or that Im not trying to help the tortoise, that is not my intention. I will move her to a plastic box with the basics while I get a bigger box. They are Gopherus Berlandieri. I know they are illegal in some places of the united states but my mom got one 50 years ago and then they have been in the family eversince, we didnt bought them illegaly.

I didn't even know what kind of tortoise you have, I was just trying to help. I have 3 tortoises and I love them. I am just trying to help you and give you my opinion on what I would do. Search the forum for keeping pairs, heat humidity, food ECT. Please help him. I know you care that is why you asked. I have no other suggestions. Good luck.
