Tort safe?

A very dear relative has given me this after I sent her a tort diet list.... I sent it in another language so maybe a few plants got muddled up! Here are the photos:

The plant has a leafy odor.... I thought that might help, thanks for your constant help :)

I'm sorry, I just don't know. It sort of looks like a member of the citrus family, but I really don't know what it is.

It's ok :) we have lots of prickly pear at our old house, is it safe if we don't use fertilizers (gonna ask the gardener) ?
