Timothy hay ultra?

Just picked some up, all walmart had by me,
Is this okay for my sulcata?
The ultra is because it includes sweet potatoes.
I also wanted to give some to my red foots

Can you pick out the sweet potatoe bits? I'm guessing they are dehydrated chips. I'd worry about a medium sized tortoise choking on something like that.
