Is that the substrate you have your tortoise in? If so you need to change it. I do coco substrate and zoo med forest floor bedding mixed together. It works great my lily loves to brow down in it. I would make it about 3-4 inches deep. some people also do coco and sand or just coco. Sure its a little messy but its way better for your tort.
