Yes, this is bittercress. And regarding the other weed- when you pull one leaf out does it have a white sap coming out? If yes it can be a kind of sowthistle or dandelion family. If not, I suggest to post your picture here http://thetortoisetable.org.uk/site/garden_shed_forum_9.asp?sID=12
