Just a quick shout out to Carol S for a fantastic experience. We lost a tort from a pet store to a parasite in two months. Thanks to the forum, we found Carol S and she walked us through the steps to receive our captive bred Russian tort (Dot). She responds to all communications and Dot was shipped overnight and on time. We got our Scooter from Carol in April. She is fantastic and continues to work with us as we adjust to becoming tort owners. Most recently she helped us with adjusting our lights/heating in Scooter's enclosure and identified a plant for us in the outdoor-enclosure-to-be. It doesn't matter that we are in Minnesota and she is in Calfornia (praying she is safe from the fires). She loves pictures and updates on the tortoises she sells.
