Oh, my, lord, in, heaven!!! Thank you Greg, for the idea to give it a try. For those who don't know what the heck:

Write your post, then go to the bottom and click on 'upload file.' When the pictures in your computer come up on the screen, find the picture you want to add and click on it with your mouse, but hold it down and drag it to the empty space in the post. Once you've dropped the photo, you can then either leave it a thumbnail, or click on (darn it, I can't remember the wording, but its something like enlarge). Wow! No more photobucket or tinypic! That's awfully easy.

Write your post then at the bottom of your post click on 'upload file.'

This brings up a window with your stored photos. Search through the photos and find the one you want then point the mouse on the picture and hold down the left mouse button, dragging the picture to your post. Let go of it in an empty space in the post. It will show up outside and at the bottom of the page, but if you click on 'full image' it comes into the thread as a full sized picture.11-09-13 box turtle tub.jpg

Maybe your picture is too big. I always save my pictures at 1024 by 768 or smaller.
