Talinum has anyone heard about this plant..?

have you guys heard about this plant..? I was just wondering if you can feed it to torts since its edible... my father used to eat these... research say its high in calcium so I was wondering if torts can eat it too, since they need a lot of calcium...

please Identify if this I can use it to feed my star...

I'm not a horticulturist but I looked this up on the web and it is from the "purslane" family, with mention of portulocca[? spelling] both of which are on the "edible plant list" on this forum. Hope this helps. That list iis for sulcatas, I'm not sure about stars.

do you think its still possible though to feed it to stars since its edible for humans and sulcatas..?
